Mechanical Engineering Student

Aryan Basel is a mechanical engineering undergraduate at Kathmandu University with his sights set on aerospace and turbomachinary. His academic background covers the core math and mechanical engineering sequence, calculus through complex analysis and linear algebra, ODEs and PDEs, mechanics of materials with material science, numerical methods, statistics and probability, plus a strong thread in Thermal Fluids Engineering and Machine Element Design. On the skills side he's got CAD and design tool experience (SolidWorks), basic Python, is picking up Ansys CFX for turbomachinery analysis, and is self-studying astrodynamics and orbital mechanics to build toward aerospace work.
